I absolutely disrecommend that VPS provider from my experience with them. Having purchased 12 GB RAM and multiple processor "cores", I wasn't even able to watch a HQ Youtube video! Everything lags, suggesting the actual performance of the machine doesn't match the marketed one at all. There are dozens of further VPS providers, just avoid that one from my experience.

They conveniently "forgot" to mention hidden fees and continuously charged me for services I didn't use or request cancellation for. It's clear that their primary concern is squeezing as much money out of their customers as possible, rather than delivering a reliable and transparent service. In summary, steer clear of Cloudpacket unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and throwing your money down the drain. One of the worst customer support… One of the worst customer support experiences of my life where do I even begin, the owner James called me multiple racist/ homophobic slurs and called me an a**hole and said he wasn't gonna help me with my issues. Besides the owner being rude the VPS I purchased was extremely slow and was easily DDoSed I can't stress this enough DO NOT purchase anything from this guy
