The tech support is phenomenal and they have been a huge help any time I've had questions. Our new app and website have really made the world of difference in how we have been able to communicate with our congregation and has also increased our abilities to reach even more people!

GBDive In With Subsplash Subsplash has taken our ministry to whole different level. Since partnering with Subsplash we are now becoming who we say we are; “world outreach center “. With the app and modern design website; we are touching and changing lives of people we never met before in different states and countries with quality and excellence service. With the Giving Tab, it increased our tithes and offerings. I love our new look with Subsplash. I say, dive in and get with the splash: Subsplash!

GBI LOVE Subsplash I LOVE Subsplash! With almost anything, there's room for improvement in some areas I would like to see. For example further incorporation of fill-in notes with accounts/ blank notes, or tying notes to to media series so artwork can automatically be included and notes sorted, and a few other things that appeared to be began, but have not been full realized. That said, the support team is awesome, and I do like that SubSplash appears to always be looking for ways to improve the products they offer. I wouldn't use anyone else!

GBSubsplash give a super consistent Subsplash give a super consistent, clean experience. Their support is top-notch and extremely quick to respond to questions and fix outages. The only reason I would only give four stars is that I feel like the platform will sometimes roll out new features that tend to lead to lots of "outage reports", so I prefer to give them several months before trusting those products (e.g., live stream function). The fact that Subsplash has web and app design functionality is a huge win for us!

GBFrustrated If you plan to work with them, regardless of what they say, get all your questions answered up front and if they can't, then don't give them your money. We got two months into development and found they lacked a feature we absolutely needed and had to part ways. Through the process, we found their onboarding staff were unreliable, didn't know the product well, and required a separate meeting for just about every topic for which they might just cancel at last minute or leave you hanging. I burned several vacation days working on this project and staff seemed sort of oblivious to how precious my time is. We've been promised a refund for the time we've paid in advance and still haven't received anything from them weeks later.
