Uptime really have more than 99% Technical Support, always solved our problem. Billing 10/10 really helped when we need to extended payment. SkyNetHosting really great choice for newbie like me.

LRCustomer since 2017 we have been with Skynerhosting since 2017 and haven't had any bad experience. Anytime finding a hosting company, you must first look at the customer service especially the technical support and they go out of there way. There 24 hour chat service is a plus.

MYAwesome Hosting from John Connor's enemy! I have been with Skynet Hosting for 5 years through many ups and down. They have reasonable pricing for the reseller accounts (I see now they don't do shared website accounts anymore?) and FREE WHMCS STARTER. No doubt on occassion, my technical queries were answered by less than stellar people learning on the job, but there is always a higher up which can rectify the situations, so good oversight on the staff. No overselling or pushy staff (very rare in this business). And now they have this new fangled CHEAP Discounted Reseller packages with NO WHMCS which is fantastic. Only wish they would give a similar Blesta account for free (or look into FOSSBilling) with limits.

HKCut Livechat Support for few months! We have used Skynet service at two locations for over 10-years. At the beginning, Skynet was very helpful, and their response was quick. Gradually, we were pushed to accept the downtimes of few hours, which happened few times every year. This was accepted as we were not naive to have 100% Uptime! The occurrence of downtime frequency raised to once every 2-months. Since the end of 2023, Skynet even closed the Live Chat Support. We saw some other clients who left comment at their Facebook and the down service at some locations even could not be handled in 24-hours. There was no response from Skynet! Seeing the "Changed Service" since 2023, we hope Skynet's service may be changed one day!

BEWorst hosting They made an automatic payment for a service I had canceled. But when contacting support about that they don't answer or leave you for multiple hours waiting in livechat. This issue still isn't resolved.
