Nearly as good as my mother's Sunday Roast Thursday 20th July was a great day for me. Along with it being my 15th wedding anniversary I also had the pleasure of experiencing not one but two examples of fantastic service. The first was from a notebook making company and is not relevant to this review. The second, however, was from Space Designer 3D. Not only have they created a fantastic online tool that does exactly what I need it to (which is, for reference, design a space in 3D) but they have amazing customer service. From the first question I asked on their online chat facility, to the email follow ups, they've been a delight to deal with and have gone out of their way to provide the service I need. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Good not great program; excellent customer service though! This program has some good features and some that need improvement. The ability to view live 3D and have walk through and global views are great. Online access and no download is very helpful. Building a multi story building in one space is not possible and seems like a no brainer. I have a one story house and couldn't find a way to build the foundation and crawl space or the steps up to the house within the same layout as the house. The house I'm working on is a renovation so I need to have all the detail for those things. Also the options are pretty limited in color and in variety. Seems like mostly IKEA furniture. They don't have anything for a standard shower and shower head or even a nicer version like a glass enclosure. It would be great if it went into more detail with better options considering it costs $20 a month. Also I don't feel like the tutorials available are actually that helpful. For someone who has no clue at all they might be good but if you play with the program for 5 minutes you will learn everything any of the tutorials can tell you. I would like to add that the customer service response I received after my review is probably the best customer service response I have ever received from any company. I really appreciate the expedited response and attention to what I'm looking for in the program. Thanks!

great software I needed a tool for my new home project. I have been moving from my family house to a flat and had no idea if everything would fit in, or how I could arrange the furnishing to optimize the space. Space Designer 3D helped me with that and gave me a good idea of what I could or could not do. The customer support is amazing, and even provide online training if needed. I would recommend Space Designer 3D to anyone with home design needs.

Great program and customer service Being a novice in designing and trying to design my house ideas to something tangible I came across this program after checking many. The demo looked almost too easy to be true and for $10 I thought it won't break the bank. What a great experience. Simple to use, quick many options able to be opened anywhere and able to share with friends, which is a very great and interactive experience. The quality of Customer service is something that I haven't experienced before its that good (thx Ophelie). I have no affiliation with this company and usually don't write feedback, but I truly recommend it to anyone who wants to design their house ideas or utilize it in a private or commercial capacity.
