GBMistake on ordering Somehow I have just made a mistake and put 2 orders in for my socks 🤦‍♀️. I messaged them straight away to try to cancel both orders, got a lovely person come back (Alex S) who helped my sort the orders out, I told he I needed the 1st order but need it it to be shipped on the express as I need them by October 2nd in the U.K. . He sorted it all out with in 1/2 hr of me E-mailing (there was a cancellation free ,but I was okay with that as it was my fault ) . Just received an email stating out all the figure and what I would receive back. This was done so efficiently, I am so great full for all your help with this matter . Looking forward to receiving my sock. Ann

INHAPPY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I FOUND THE SOCKS TO BE OF VERY HIGH QUALITY WITH THE TACTILE PRESSURE I NEEDED. THEY CONTROL MY FEET SWELLING WELL. I AM VERY GLAD I GOT MY SOCKS FROM VITAL FLOWS AND I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT RESERVATIONS TO ALL.

AUGreat Product - Great Customer Service - Great attention to detail. I placed an order and made a mistake with the sizing. I sent an email to inquire about returning the products for the correct size. To my delight and satisfaction, the return email from a staff member Nikki was professional and offered a solution straight away. The first call solution was excellent. I managed to secure another order, without all the mumbo jungo one would normally have to put up with from other companies I have had to deal with in the past. For me it wasn't about the money, it was about being actually valued and listened to. The product is great and well made and offered me the pain relief I was searching for. CAGood service Good service , good product. Found the socks to work well , so recommended to my brother in Barrie , Ontario , Canada , and I believe he ordered some as well. Having ordered off the net before , I ordered the next size up from what your chart thought would be my size , and i'm glad i did. Also recommended my brother do the same. Thanks. GBGood socks but really bad sizing bought… Good socks but really bad sizing bought 3 s/m was a little tight at the top so bought another 3 l/xl, unwearable as tighter as the top smaller and with less give, have messaged co but no response as of yet
