GBBAD COMPANY BAD COMPANY! Yes I purchased Folix22 but I tried to cancel the order within a hour after purchase but the company told me it was basically too late to cancel. Then they told me to wait until my order arrived and then they would send me a return label. I waited for arrival then requested a label and they told me to refuse the package when the product arrives. Then they told me they didn’t provide labels. Now they just don’t respond in customer help emails from me and there isn’t a phone number that you can contact. Their return policy is bull. Typical Made in China Co.

NZI made the first contact 10 mins after… I made the first contact 10 mins after paying for this item requesting it to be cancelled and refunded. No reply same with a further 4 emails. Then told too late to cancel as will now be in process of being sent???Dishonesty very much the theme and then told once I receive it to send it back so I pay again.i will never purchase from this place ever again bad taste bad publicity

GBHow to use folix22- How to use folix22- There were no instructions as to how this product should be used. Also does not include what is included inj. The liquid. So I found my info online and it appears that it is mostly for men with lost hair problems, I have had no success with this product so want to return for refund.

CAFollowing my review on Mar 29 2024 Following my review on Mar 29 2024. Folix 22 replied by promising a refund.i truly thought that they will refund my unused bottle (bought 3). They even sent me an email that my file is under review. I just received an email today from them refusing my refund. False advertising is a crime. Im gonna take the necessary measures to go after their 180 day money back guarantee. Scam company

AEFolix22 Order Never Received I ordered this in December! Was never received. Have emailed the company continuously and have not received any response with regard to refund. Do not order from this company!!!! Folix 22 have finally today 1st March got back in touch with me they have apologised and authorised my refund. Thank you
