Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. So I ordered a hat and ended up receiving the wrong one. Send an email to customer service and the owner got back to me within the hour saying he’d send the right one out next day. “I” Received the right hat and “they” received a lifetime customer.

This company has top notch scents across the board and their feel in beard is one of the best I've tried.
