Great customer service when I had a misunderstanding. They also have nutritionist consults available by the next day, including weekends. Way better than my local primary care for my prediabetes and high cholesterol. They also offer blood pressure meds.

Great Diabetes Care! When I started the program I was completely out of medication and it was very difficult to manage my diabetes. My PCP was in Dallas/Ft Worth and I hadn’t been able to get an appointment with anyone in the area because they were not taking new patients and my insurance wasn’t covered. Through Eugenia’s guidance I was able to lower my blood sugar through some simple exercises, practicing mindfulness when I ate food to slow down my cravings and this really helped me during the holidays. I also liked that I could get my A1C tested at a nearby laboratory and it was so easy. I do prefer messaging over phone calls because I am often forgetful but that’s just my preference but it was good to talk to a real person and not a chat bot. I recently started reading the articles on what to eat for breakfast and those were very helpful.

Great service! I got to say I’ve had a very good experience with 9 AM health, I work in the healthcare profession, I am very reluctant to go to a physician, because it’s so hard to get an appointment!, and honestly, I like to keep my work life in my personal health issues separated. Anyway, I signed up for the 9 AM. Got my lab work done within a week and had medication‘s that I probably should’ve been on for the last 10 years, so convenient I really wish this had been available a long time ago.
