We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. A short review for a great product: A short review for a great product: Large Multi layered site. Themes are generally good, and relatively easy to customize. Their own plugins are okay and most work as required. General WP plugins work well with the site. Where do they stand out? Support! Time and time again, as my site is quite heavily customized, I have had to contact Deekshit in support. Speedy resolutions every time.
