Estate Planning Made Super Easy! Estate planning language and concepts are daunting for most which is why we put off creating an estate plan. With MyAdvocate, the process is so easy. Really! You answer a few questions, posed in layman’s terms. And out spits the estate plan document. (And all the documents you need for a complete estate plan are within the program.) If you are not sure how to answer a question, there are relevant sidebars of information about each question. If you are still unclear about anything at all, you can ask more questions of the professional and knowledgeable MyAdvocate support team. No matter how deep you dive, they will work with you relentlessly until you have complete clarity. Plus they are so personable! If you are like me, with lots of detailed questions, pretty soon they feel like family! I wish I had my own MyAdvocate support person for everything else I research in life!

Really GREAT Product! Wife and I did the Custom Will plan. We have 3 children who will receive different items from us when we die. There were plenty of choices on how to ensure our children receive their inheritance in trust over time as they mature. Easy to specify and complete the process. Love the notification feature to let our friend who is the backup executor what to expect and where to find our stuff.

They gave me wrong information and wasted my time After spending a lot of time on the phone with them, they said I qualified for the Silver Sneakers program. After receiving a link to the website and inserting more personal information, I do not qualify. When I called back I was on the phone for 20 min and then disconnected. When I replied to the email, I got a robot answering me with some ridiculous suggestions on how to remedy the situation like: Links for articles to read; How do I know programs are up-to-date? I can’t find a program that I know exists. What can I do? A program’s information seems to be out of date. How can I get it updated? Horrible experience! Don't waste your time. You can get any correct information you need from your insurance company.
