GBThey gave us all the information… They gave us all the information related to the treatment, there were patient and understanding. The only question I have is if you have any promotions like buy one and get one. I am giving these treatments as a gift for two teen girls. I really will appreciate if you have any promotions thank you

GBNever too old to be Bold First experience at 64 years old getting aligners. It was a wonderful comfortable friendly experience. Allison my SmileGuide in Omaha, Nebraska explained the process every step of the way! Technology was out of this world! Can’t wait to see and feel the results. I am sooo excited! Thank you Smile Direct Club, in advance! 12/7/23 Just received a text, I do not qualify. I have a complex issue. All I ever wanted in my Senior years, was to smile till the day I die. Sorry you couldn’t help me. 😭

GBAnother Great Experience Very clean and inviting space at the Portland location. Luci was great and answered all my questions, I left feeling very confident about the touch-up process. That’s the Smile Direct style I know and appreciate 👍🏻

GBCunning tactics First and foremost, Trust pilot should take a look at the way the company collects their feedback. After the initial appointment, which is usually a very pleasant experience, each customer receives a feedback request. It's most likely that every customer will give them 5* However, the problems usually start within a month or two. Every single person you talk to gives you a different advice or doesn't have a clue what your query is, even if it's written on the notes. Their tactics are dishonest and cunning, and the initial feedback has nothing to do with the overall experience.
