Very impressive The future stay method is necessary for anyone interested in short term rentals. What an amazing course! Super engaging with the relevant info/ resources needed for those with rental properties. It helped me understand how exactly to start my business in a manor that was fun and totally comprehensible. Unable to disconnect. Very bad experience! I made the terrible mistake to create a futurestay account via AirDNA and connected my listing to it. I never used their services and immediately archived my listing after I connected it. However, Airbnb now thinks I'm managing my account through a managing software and automatically changed my service fees from 3% to 15%. I have requested futurestay to disconnect property from my account multiple times but haven't been successful yet. A few days ago customer service assured me my property has been disconnected but it has not. Very annoyed at this point! Save yourself the trouble and don't use the software.
