When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, Henry blew me off and basically said sorry, I don't care that you aren't in the Amazon business and never use the application, I'm taking your money anyway. This company is a complete ripoff artist. Beware!

GBSmartScout auto-renewed my annual… SmartScout auto-renewed my annual subscription without informing me (reminding customer of this is customary in SaaS world). I contacted them for a refund but they refused to give one. Avoid at all costs.
