I wanted to ask for support, but after 1 month of trying multiple times to get in touch with support, i got 0 reply. We're quite a significant client. Waste of money.

Issues not resolved after weeks of concerns - system not reliable There is a willingness from the support team to resolve issues when they become finally available, but they are most of the time not available to us and/or not able to solve persistent issues. I am referring to weeks of troubleshooting without results. Also, the validated emails are not reliable as the servers of Mailrefine often seem to fail. It's always a risk investing in a startup, and unfortunately this didn't yield result, so we have to look for an alternative option now. I wish Mailrefine all the best and hope they can thrive one day.

It's a very helpful tool for email… It's a very helpful tool for email marketers. We need to identify valid and invalid emails. And MailRefine do it perfectly. I have not used email verification tool like it before.
