So far I am happy So far I am happy. All concerns were answered via live support pre purchase. I quickly received my pack after placing my order. Even though the trays didn’t fit smaller ones were sent out promptly, where I was able to have a video consultation with Kevin to do my impressions on a Saturday which was good fitting it around my commitments. He was very thorough and patient through the process which gave reassurance. Just sent my impressions off and look forward to receiving my aligners soon!!

I had an ordinar expirience with… I had an ordinar expirience with CaasperSMILE.com. They delivered what I ordered in time. The qualite of the products wasn't bad. Nothing desapointed me, but nothing was henomenal either. Coming to price, the products were almost worth the money. They might have been cheaper but not too expensive. All in all, the company was almost good.

Overall Overall, I had a usual experience with CasperSmile.com. Compared to other websites I visited, there was nothing that stuck out to me as exceptional, althogh their services are almost good. Their website, however, took a while to load and I found it to be slightly difficult to naviagte. I wasn't impresed with how limited the product selection was and I found the prices to be a lttile bit high. It was fair though. Nothing negative, just an ordinray experience.
