RSEmails are received too late I used this hosting provider only for email services. And it is not working well. Emails are received too late, support blames Playstation Network, and support answers are too slow. Emails are few hours late, sometimes even more. I don't want to think about hosting a whole website with this provider, I am scared what would be the response time. Edit -> Even if the order of receiving an email is messy, they say it is not their problem

AUHappy with the service I found it a bit hard to set up hostblast but the support team guided me with the relevant instructions. Now everything is going nicely. Happy with the service.

HRThis hosting is not serious! Hello, This web hosting is not serious, they ignore your messages, reply responds are too long. My website went down for 24 Hours (I have purchased web hosting 4 days ago), supports don't care about my business and my time. They are massively deploying shared hostings on server till server crashes. Once this happens, you can just sit and watch how your business falling apart. This is illegal and I'm doubting why no one fill lawsuit complaint against this fake company.

DEI have been using Hostblast for more⦠I have been using Hostblast for more than two years. I have had minor issues in past but nothing too bad. The prices for webhosting are really really cheap compared to other services. The support is very fast and are always trying to help. Some stuff made me deciding NOT to recommend Hostblast anymore. I have been having issues with my IMAP3/SMTP on hostblast and also slow response time. Many of them were not fixed and I'd like to say: I used to recommend Hostblast especially for their low costs and quick support response but those issues I have forced me to soon cancel my current plan there. I do not recommend Hostblast anymore. That's pretty unfortunate.

GBNot sure if they are are still trading. Not sure if they are are still trading. Their own links do not seem to work any more.but cannot give link which is a bit moronic given that is the main problems billingcart.php etc generated a 404 error instead of giving info on reseller accounts. When I tried to contact them via the "contact us" page on their website, it took me here submitticket.php etc and wanted me to login. I tried to contact them via Facebook - but then an auto-responder gave me a new link which, after clicking "pre-sales enquiry" took me straight back to the page which wants me to login before I can send them a message. A pity, it seemed like a great deal - but as their own links do not work - and their own Facebook page hasn't been updated in over a year, I guess they folded. Pity.
