GBExcessive price increases - not value for money Excessive price increases and over complicated production module with badly written and difficult to understand help files. Support never gets back to you and it takes ages to get anything rectified. Addons are not invoiced pro rata for the date of starting so if you switch on another module 2 days before monthly billing you get charged twice. Dear seem to always be doing un update during the week during UK working hours. Used to be OK but now really isn't worth it.

GBGreat ERP for SMBs Have used Cin7 Core (previously Dear) since I began in my role in Supply Chain. Really good system managing a complex business linking with many different WMS systems and accounting software etc. The best aspect however is the support function, great account management and IT support helping to quickly solve any issues that arise.

GBCin7 Core Review Stone The Crows has recently transitioned from our ageing legacy ERP to Cin7 Core. It's a huge step forward for us! With Cin7 being cloud-based, we are now freed-up from having to maintain on-premises hardware and systems, with all the maintenance, hardware and backup issues that brings. Cloud-based also means access from anywhere via a browser, so no more local software installations to maintain for our users. The user experience is generally very good. It is intuitive and has a logical flow to it. Best of all it is very flexible and forgiving, allowing multiple levels of "undo" as needed. It comes with various integration options which have been very useful to us, such as the Shopify integration which we use for our primary sales website. It also integrates with finance platforms, such as Xero which we have also just switched to. Additionally we have subscribed to the API which is also proving very useful for our reporting and additional integration needs. There are some rough edges, inevitably, and some things which I think could do with improvement. Reporting is one such area. And stock adjustments are difficult because of the distinction at the application level between "zero stock" and "non zero stock" - I feel this is something that an end user should not have to be concerned with. Also, having the customer name as a unique identifier instead of an account code seems like a strange choice. However, it does pretty much everything that we need, with a few additional niceties as well. Plus there are regular software updates, so who knows what the future will bring!

ZACin7 Core Assembly / Allocating Of Components Not Working for 7 Days (So far) Cin7 Core is an inventory management system, and a rather pricy one at that. Since 7 days ago we have been unable to manufacture and control our components quantities because there is a fault in Cin7 Core which does not allocate the components when an assembly is done. To make matters worse, support is included in the fee we pay, but support has gone dark. So for 7 days we have been unable to manufacture and keep track of the components used. 7 days is 25% of a month and that's substantial down time, not to mention going out of stock of SKUs and the consequential losses.

GBCin7 Bought DearSystems and jacked the⦠Cin7 Bought DearSystems and jacked the price up by almost 3 times. From $1250 a year to over $3400 just for basic level. Despite asking they have no option for a lite version. We can not justify that cost when only using only 10k out of 100k products usage and we don't need nor can we unselect all the features we don't and will never need. Basically if you are small company you are now excluded and we have been with DearSystems for 8 years. A corporate buyout and shakedown it seems.
