Scam...took my money and delivered… Scam...took my money and delivered nothing. I want my money in the next 2 hours or I am reporting you to the proper financial authorities.

My bank released funds but the funds… My bank released funds but the funds did NOT show up in my wallet as I needed. They were returned to my bank. I had to make an appointment... During COVID-19 travel to the bank to make the withdrawal and then, I had to physically visit a BTM to do the deposit. Very inconvenient!

Coinstream customer assistance is stellar!!!!!! Coinstream made my first bitcoin transaction simple & helped me with all of my questions. I needed to make a transaction quickly & could only do so by credit card , which they were able to do . Service is readily available for questions & walked me through in a spot I needed help with understanding. I am currently in a transaction with another platform & this is not the case at all. They are unclear, hard to contact & info is very confusing. I was also advised from coinstream service when I was about to do something that would have cost me a lot of money- so they helpfully told me what I could do and I didn't use them upon their advice. How kind is that,&are! I will be back!

All because of the great people The site has proven easy, quick, and secure to use. Not only that, Michael has been so responsive, professional, polite, and incredibly helpful during the entire process. He helped walk me through my very first transaction and he has been with me every time I've had a question to ask all the other times after that. I no longer go to any other website because of Michael. Keep up the great work!
