I had an oridnary experiece with Monrow… I had an oridnary experiece with Monrow Farms. Thier service was almost good, but could be better. I encountered no probelm wih communication before and after ordering, but I wasn't completly satisfied with the outcome of my order. I think thay need to improve thier customer service. The quality of the product was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in thier prices and delivery speeds. Overal, the experiece with Monrow Farms was quite satisfactory.

Great Quality and Affordable Honestly, I’ve been buying a little from like 4 different companies to find the best quality and affordable cbd flower. I finally received my package from monrow last night, and I was amazed at the quality of everything. It was nicely packaged in air sealed bags and even got some extra products for free. I especially loved that they included the lab reports from every strain they Included in the sample pack. Other companies were lazy, so I had to go back and look on the website. It just gave me the reassurance on what I was getting. The flower did not dissapoint. Smelled great and was nicely trimmed. Thank you for the great customer service via email!!! I know they actually listened to everything I asked and exceeded my requests in their responses.

So good Order arrived later than expected but was made right by customer service without me even asking. I ordered 3 different strains and the quality and packaging Is great . Will definitely recommend and re-purchase. First time CBD user thanks to YouTube channel “smoking legal”.
