This company is a rip off This company is a rip off. Notice they don’t have a “reviews” option on their Facebook page. Was in contract with them, I followed the contract to the T. They looked at my home, said nothing about the condition, near perfect shape and all the furnishings were included. They asked questions along the way about if it could be a rental, yes. If there was a homeowners association, no. Then on what they thought was the last day of inspection at 4pm ish they call and shake me down $30,000! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I just wasted 3 1/2 weeks that it could have been listed. I wish I could have given less than one star.
