$40 for three tattoos $40 for three tattoos. Only to get an open envelope and instructions inside to make sure to use their special applicant on the tattoo…which wasn’t in the open envelope. The envelope was never even glued closed. I emailed the customer service with pictures, right away. No answer. Guys, try something else. Spending this much on a silly temp tattoo is one thing. But to not get your full order is bad business.

Their customer service is excellent Their customer service is excellent. And their semi-permanent tattoos stay on for the promised amount of time and the inks are safe for people with overly-sensitve skin. Plus if there is a problem with an order they fix it immediately and then follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied.

First the included instructions… First the included instructions contradicted each other - there was no label of my tatto was temp or semi permanent It smeared 2 hrs after applying while laying in bed reading It was splotchy in the morning and then washed off in the shower lol

First one I left on while wet for longer than it said because the tattoo kept peeling off with the paper. It never went on right. UPDATE; company immediately reached out to make things right. Updated to 5 stars for that.

Great experience despite a mistake Great experience despite a mistake. The original order was missing the tattoo so I asked for a replacement. They responded immediately and after a quick exchange ensuring that it didn't just get stuck on the promo materials, they shipped a replacement and it arrived quickly. The tattoo itself is high quality and lasted about a week and a half before starting to wear off, and I was showering, sweating, in a hot tub, etc which was plenty of time to see how I liked it. Glad I tried it because now I know I want the placement and size slightly different when I get the real ink. Great customer service, product was as advertised.
