Incredible tool, communicative and dedicated team of professionals I would love to thank the edgefi team for not only an incredible tool but absolutely top notch customer service. They provide a wonderful solution and make very easy to navigate. In my case I provide the lesser fortunate with a means to make online purchases without the need for a physical card. I just want to say thank you for helping me and those whom really need it.

Great VCC Provider, Slow Support Team Been using Edge since beta. Their 10% cashback and free ACH transfers are as good as they sound. The multiple VCCs and compatibility with Apple and Google Pay are a big plus. However, their 24/7 support is a bit slow, not quite the speed I'd expect. A solid 4 nonetheless

Never again, terrible customer service I will no longer be doing business with Edge. I was charged for a month that should’ve been canceled. They told me they could not refund me and did nothing to help. I would recommend using other vcc providers like slash or privacy. Avoid at all costs

Giving out hacked adidas accounts for fake positive reviews Almost all the positive reviews on here are fake. I was so shocked, my friend invited me here and I signed up recently thinking they were an actual bank. These guys claim to be a bank, but they are far from it. They post on discord saying they’ll give out free hacked adidas accounts to people who submit a positive review. No real bank would ever do that. Don’t trust them with your service. I sure don’t anymore. Use a real bank, these guys are shady and have a terrible service. I wouldn’t be surprised if giving out hacked accounts for positive reviews is considered fraud.
