Great prices, stable service and quick reply In 2023-May I subscribed for a yearly VPS (linux with nvme/block storage) - 10GB + 250GB and so far, cannot say anything bad for the server or support. Have opened two tickets and both getting solved in reasonable time. It's used primarily for backups, so not much CPU tax, but is monitored from another vps in another country. The uptime and availability so far are great. Zabbix shows 98.7911% on report. Good service, would recommend.

Bad things happened to me in Smarthost. I can't believe the misfortune I've suffered ! All of my VM's port speed were limited to 20Mbps, and the support staff was unwilling to help me in the ticket. No matter how much I try to negotiate with support staff, the response is always arrogant and unhelpful To add insult to injury, the password to my account has been changed! I had to retrieve my password via email, which is a complete lack of privacy and security. What's more, my VMs were down for 12 hours that I couldn't connect to them via SSH ! And it seems that the root password were deliberately tampered with, causing me to have to reset the root password I don't know why Smarthost was bullying me like this. I spent money but the service I got was disgusting! I even wonder if it's racist I'm sick of it All I want is to at least get rid of the 20Mbps limit on VM port speeds.
