Great experience with my coach Great experience with my coach. They give the support you need. They help you through the material. I honestly did not think Lin would help as much as it did. I'm no longer in constant pain. I'm living life again.

Great program and even better coach! My Lin coach Natalie was a constant source of support throughout my MBS journey. She expertly coached and guided me through gaining an understanding of what MBS is, how it relates to my experience, and how I can incorporate the principles and learnings of the program into my day to day life.

I really like my coach I really like my coach, Stef, and we’ve had some really great sessions. Lin health is super convenient for me with it being online and having various time options. Lin health make consultations accessible even despite my hectic schedule. I’ve had minimal issues with the app itself aside from some disconnections here and there.

This program has been such a blessing… This program has been such a blessing to me! I didn't realize how impactful your subconscious mind is on the rest of your body! My symptoms have improved overall about 60-70% after only about 1 month (a true miracle)! It is a journey with "ups and downs", but definitely well worth it!

This experience helped me immeasurably This experience helped me immeasurably. This approach to re-training my brain helped me return to a normal day-to-day life. I'm not dependent on medications to manage my pain. My coach, Marnie, was so intuitive about what was likely to help my particular situation. The 1:1 approach helped me move quickly to a point where I could "graduate".
