GBNothing short of a miracle. For total disclosure, I've only been on the estrogen/DHEA combo from Winona since April 11, 2024. So, a little over 2 weeks in and my daily life has already monumentally improved. Extremely hot natured my entire life, being from Montana and now living in Florida, my hot flashes (for the past 5 years) have been absolutely awful. Countless times per day and lasting a minimum of 10 minutes each, I have been miserable. The thought of another summer was wearing me down and leaving me without much hope. There are reasons I suffered in silence for so long. Those reasons are probably much the same as the reasons countless others choose to suffer instead of taking action, fear. There came a point where I was desperate for any relief and decided to do my own research on HRT. As soon as I completed my research, I was in a rush to get started. After researching numerous sites, I chose Winona. The experience has been nothing short of miraculous for me. First and foremost, it doesn't get any easier than ordering from this company. I signed up, answered their questions, followed their instructions and my meds were mailed in 2 days. I received them in 4 days. Within 2 weeks, I watched my hot flashes morph and change until one day I barely noticed them. The proof for me was the lack of night sweats and the fact that for the past week, every time I wake, I have been able to fall right back to sleep without waiting for the inevitable internal volcano to wear itself out. They're almost nonexistent now, maybe 2 a day, no sweating and they last seconds. What a difference! I've also noticed a little more clarity and energy. My mind has quieted and with that, I'm able to focus, make plans AND follow through on those plans. While reading the reviews before I signed on to Winona, I noticed a lot of ladies saying it takes about 90 days to get full results. I'm not there yet so I cannot speak to that. The truth is, if this is all there is and I don't see another result, I feel incredible gratitude and happiness that these hot flashes are no longer controlling my life. For me, it's nothing short of a miracle. The only regret I have is waiting 5 years to ask for help.

GBI feel like me again! 80% of my symptoms are gone. I was having pins and needles every night, they didn't let me sleep from aprox 4:30 am. I was keeping the sensation until probably 10:00 am or even longer. Not an issue any longer. I am 100% satisfied with the improvements.
