Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE… Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE CHAIR!!! Cost $7,000 and started falling apart after year two!! ALL the seams, edges, and most of the cheap leather they use become discolored and wear away. Worst buy ever, the rollers started malfunctioning after year 3. I’ve owned this chair for only five years and have complained to INFINITY massage chair company a few times, at first they sent a replacement headrest “as a courtesy” and then said it’s no longer their problem that the leather wasn’t conditioned! They take zero responsibility, the worst company ever. I’ve asked for all high management and they are all crooks. Do not buy!!! Update 04-19-24: Below, INFINITY Chair Co. responds they apologize, but do NOTHING to resolve the issue. THIS IS "YOUR" DESTINY IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Class Action Lawsuit Proposal: "IF" you have experienced the same issue, contact me directly, and if we have enough complaints... perhaps let's talk class action suit to stop this crooked company from ripping another person off! I have the perfect lawyer for this. Text me direct at 858-361-6748

GBInfinity Quality Customer Service From the moment Heidi picked up the phone, she was very welcoming, attentive and understanding. I didn’t feel rush or dismissed. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle. I spoke to her on Monday, sent my address on Tuesday and I received my replacement on Friday, all in the same wk. I work in the field where I service my community everyday. I make sure my interactions are great & everlasting. So, I’m really big on customer service and Heidi’s was phenomenal. Which made my experience even more phenomenal. Heidi, has left the same great, everlasting impression on me. Thank you so much and I appreciate you!

GBAsk about WHO is assembling your chair!! Once the actual Infinity repairman got to my house, his knowledge and help was great. When you buy a chair from a furniture store, or anyone other than Infinity directly, know that most of the workers that deliver and assemble these chairs do not really know how to do it correctly. When they don’t assemble it correctly or break something while assembling it (that’s what happened here) then you have to go through the process of making the claim. Then wait for the parts, then get on the repair schedule etc. I was lucky because it was a severed wire for a speaker, so the massages still worked.

GBYou won’t regret your purchase! When my husband and I decided to get a massage chair we knew we wanted to try many brands. We were lucky enough to find that Costco had a roadshow for Infinity chairs and tried the Imperial Syner-D and we loved it. We liked some of the other brands as well, but for me the roller programming on the Infinity chairs were just better. My husband had broken his back and neck few years back and has pain and some postural changes since then. This chair has helped him so much with pain as well as working out a large knot he has had for years. We use our chair everyday and wish we would have bought one years ago. From our sales person Kevin, to quick delivery, the service has been outstanding!

GBProfessional and timely repair performed We just purchased the Infinity Imperial with Syner-D massage chair. The chair functions great. However, when starting a programmed massage, the chair would roll forward and there was an unusual "clicking" sound. We called Infinity and over the phone assessed what they thought might be the problem. The sent by FedEx a replacement part for the chair. The part arrived in 2 business days and from there a technician was scheduled to install the part and fix the issue. All of this was within 5 days. The tech at first couldn't find the source of the "clicking" sound. He replaced the part that was sent (even though that wasn't the problem). He spent 3 hours diligently searching for the problem. Finally, after taking most of the chair apart, he found a loose washer that had fallen into the track where the wheels slide. It was a very small washer, but that was the cause of the clicking sounds as the wheels moved back and forth. Overall Jason S. did an outstanding job.
