Awful tool and super slow service! Honestly, this tool worked terribly for me. Very few results in my language. But the worst part is their customer support! They claim that they offer a 7-day money back guarantee. I contacted them more than a week ago to ask for a refund, and finally I got a refund. It took them 9 days to reply to such a simple request. It is simply unacceptable to have such slow customer service. Many subscription-based software companies now reply in a few hours, at most in 1 day usually. Even the “We reply in 48-72 hours” that they claim is unacceptable.

Smooth and Easy I'm not a writer, so I don't expect much from any LTD that helps with writing workflow but I was wrong. I just need to focus on one niche and use it in Topic Model, and then boom!
