Good ordering experience, bad activation experience, great follow-up experience. The ease of ordering and delivery was great . . . however the product key delivered is not allowing the activation of Office 2019, as promised. Only temporary (2/5/20) use capable. I do not want to have to generate an account with Microsoft in order to activate this product, and when I ordered, it did not appear that would be necessary. 2/6/20 - Updating review to Excellent due to very positive response and experience to my initial review/experience. SP provided a unbound (to required Microsoft account) product key, which was my desire. SP immediately responded to my original review concern, stayed focused on understanding my need, and provided an acceptable solution. Thank you!
