I never signed up for this company and… I never signed up for this company and disputed two charges with my bank which was refunded back to me. Today I check my bank account and they charged me AGAIN!

HORRIBLE! Kidnapped on website cannot cancel HORRIBLE - Signed up for work writing and thought a useful tool for our college student who struggles with nuerodiverse writing issues. It was HORRIBLE. Humanized with periods in mid sentences! Of COURSE that would look human as no computer is that dumb! Went to cancel after the charge posted and it's a ROUND ABOUT of "verify your email" (which I've done.) Cannot get into the MANAGE account screen. Took a video should so I could CAPTURE a BRIEF screen that shows NO active account in red but it's charged my card. Had to call my card holder to prevent the subscription from renewing.

Support was very helpful! I accidentally made a mistake of creating multiple accounts for undetectable but Zoe from the live chat was very helpful and prompt in locating my accounts for me cos I forgot which email addresses I used. Good interaction, good service, been a customer for 3 months now, leaving a 5 star review to say thanks!!! :)

The stuff it churns out is very… The stuff it churns out is very natural. It's super intuitive to use. No fancy tech jargon or complicated processes, so that's a BIG plus. Just go plug in your text, and tada, it achieves a high human score compared to other tools I've tried prior. I first saw this in a Forbes article being #1 in a ranking for AI detectors, so I felt okay subscribing even if I haven't tried the free trial yet. And it works! No complaints so far.
