From the order with Max Campos, the timing of the delivery, the delivery itself, and even the minor setback we encountered. When we placed our order for the Newage Outdoor Kitchen we asked a lot of questions to Max (about delivery, shipping issues, and what do we do if there were damages or missing parts). Max was great through this whole process. He gave us an email with instructions on what to prepare for during and after delivery. He informed us in advance that one of the pieces would be delayed. However, it arrived earlier than he told us. Furthermore, when I discovered a damaged rail for the cabinet drawer he was able to send me a replacement within a week. Overall, the experience dealing with Max and Marvellesures was better than expected and will do future business with them.

GBNo problems whatsoever!! Excellent experience working with this company!! Ordered on a Friday and by Monday they were calling me to schedule a delivery date!! Very fast and free freight shipping! Hubby uses his new smoker/grill almost daily.

GBStill have not received order - or any info about order. Order two table tennis tables in mid July. They’ve been marked as “shipped” since the other was placed. It’s August 1. No tracking information. Little to no help via their chat. These are heeded by August 10 for a client. Horrible way to do business.

GBMont Alpi 957FC The grill and its accessories was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition as far as the exterior pieces go. In my case I needed delivery late in the month and had requested the same and was told that it was no problem. I ended up getting a call from the,trucking company that it was coming 2 weeks early, which created a problem in that the deck,this,was going on was under construction still. They would not hold the delivery without charging me an excessive fee for storage. I mentioned I hadmrequested a late delivery and was told “well this is our rule”. Not the biggest of issues, but it made problems that I didn’t need; I can’t test anything until I can put the grill on the new deck.

GBI received the wrong item because the… I received the wrong item because the description online was wrong it said 30 inch refrigerator panel it was neither 30 inches long or wide it was 90inches tall and 13.5 inches wide not sure if you know of a refrigerator that is 13.5 inches wide but I certainly don’t know of one so your reply couldn’t be truthful because selling this item at 30 inches and it only being 13.5 is misrepresenting the product or an error on your part in the description I sent an email with the screenshot of the description
