They made the proxy work the day later, when it was too late, because their service is super slow (answer day later) and they didn't gave me a refund. Really a stellar Customer Support I had paid to a worng username and mail. I don't have the mail access and password. Luna proxy customer service added traffic to my new account by verify my ip addresses and payment link. They really work hard to give my proxy back as I don't have any strong evidence for me but they investigate the matter and fix my problem. Their response was super fast.
