Convenience When our team members make purchases on their assigned cards, they tend to forget to add notes, labels, and receipts which makes it harder for our accounting team as we need to reach out to the team member for all the information. I love that Rho texts/emails the team member 1) to add the information 2) reminds them if they have not.

The reminder feature is also super nice, as it helps keep me on top of outstanding receipts I've either forgotten or didn't have time to submit at the time or purchase.
