Hyperlink waitlist I was on the waitlist since June 2023. I sent an email and got a reply after a few days and a team member personally added me on LinkedIn for faster communication. I was able to see a demo and it was amazing. I am beyond excited to try out Hyperlink soon.

Hyperlink never responds to enquiries I have tried many times to register over the past two years. Each time the site says I am registered and to "Look out for a link" in my email. This has never happened. On numerous occasions I have used the contact link in the website to ask about it, and have not once received a response. Unprofessional, to say the least. I makes me wonder if Hyperlink is a real business at all. I don't understand how people can say in other reviews they have been working with Hyperlink, when the company cannot even reply to an email! The only reply I ever received was an automated welcome email after my first registration on 15 March 2023. No link. Since then nothing at all and no replies to enquires. I suspect the positive reviews below are fake, based in my own experience of a completely non-responsive company.

Excited for early access :) I have been in communication with the founders for a few months via email and LinkedIn and they have been clear and transparent on their progress! They are releasing their product soon and I’m excited to try it out :)
