Everyone and the entire process was very professional and the end product was amazing. Roman was our install tech who did such an amazing job. We had just redone our pool coping and concrete around the pool and there is not a single scratch, chip, or crap. Not to mention he took the time to walk us through taking the entire net off and putting back on. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! Rogelio installed my safety net. He arrived right on time, which as a working mom I greatly appreciated! He was fast, efficient and most importantly patient with me as he showed me how to put on and take off the safety net. He was very thorough with his instructions. My baby has just started walking and this is has brought so much peace of mind to my husband and I! My favorite part about this net is that it truly is easy to take on and off. I’ll admit I was intimidated at first but thanks to Rogelio, I have the confidence to know how to correctly take it on and off, especially when I home alone with my daughter.
