Terrible experience If you value your time and money, try to avoid this vendor. Their terms are so bad that they will charge money under unfair circumstances. For me, they made me wait for a day, then asks for extra money because for USD-BDT rate. Which is simply a bad practice since maybe I placed my order before the rates went up? Maybe this could have been avoided if they processed my order fast enough? From a customer this seems like they waited for the rates to go up and asked for more money which I do not owe. In contrast, there are far better 3rd party digital vendors who are far bettter than these goofs.
