INPathetic services by Tata DOCOMO TATA walky connection (Number : 65957495) Have reported my issue of bad network, call drop and faulty instrument several times to your call centre in recent past however nobody is bother to look into and provide any resolution to this. Since 18 years, every month am paying bills on time to your company (last bill paid yesterday 23rd Jan’18 even after having these issues) and you guys are not even providing basic service to me. Advice one good reason why should I continue your services ????? or else please process cancellation of my connection.

INNO for TATA Docomo I used broad band connection in Mumbai.They will charge high and poor customer care service..They will all possible loopholes to generate more bill to customer. After discontinuing the services also they send me a invoice...and they told for discontinuing process will take 10 to 15 days for that they charged bill..But any way in that days internet service was not provided.. They are master in looting money.

GBPathetic Customer Grievance ! I made a complaint to Tata Docomo on Sept 02, 2012 (Complaint No. PSMR12016536) regarding inaccurate balance deductions w.r.t call reducing VAS activated. I interim mailed them more than 15 times, but never got response. Today, after 26 days, I received a call from them, and Mr. Ravi (an executive), accepted the mistake of wrong information displayed in the Tata Docomo Website but denied to give any resolution or credit the balance difference and asked me to go to consumer forum. Morale of the story - Donot trust Tata Docomo website for online recharges..!!

INTata Docomo - Good network coverage There is the good network coverage in Madhya Pradesh. I visit Uttar Pradesh last month; its service is also goods here. In addition, I pay as per second while the national roaming. Good service provider in India.
