10+ hours of downtime and no ETA… 10+ hours of downtime and no ETA available is UNACCEPTABLE, just stay away, it's way too expensive for the crappy service they provide. I had monetary loss due to lack of delivery of emails in my company.

An actually good email service To say it's much better than Sendgrid is an understatement. Their docs and pricing are clear. Templates are excellent and come with code samples (although I think the code samples button should be clearer, and they should update the node.js to have current code). I still managed to integrate it in less than 30 mins, including domain verification. I just wish they had a smaller tier as 10k emails per month is too much for my needs currently.
