My first task was to set up email notifications within the app but I ran into problems so I contacted the "support" email address for them to suggest where I might be going wrong. Two more follow-up emails later and I've not had a single response. However, I do still get pop-up messages on my PC as each day ticks down to the end of my trial version. 'm really not sure how they can expect me to upgrade to the full paid version while I have issues. Poor image to its potential customers.

Constantly upgrading! A good backup solution looked somewhat antique in version 7 but is much more efficient and modern-looking in Handy Backup 8. For me, the crucial advantage is its capability to support business-level data plug-ins such as virtual machines, as well as many storage options, including those for online backup.
