Craig changed my whole outlook and… Craig changed my whole outlook and understanding of what alcohol is. I downloaded his book, bought the paperback and the audio book. Almost ten months alcohol free and finding it relatively easy. Can't comment on the course as I haven't done it, his YouTube channel has worked for me. Giving 5 stars as it won't let me give any more.

I would say it would have to be the… I would say it would have to be the education about alcohol and health. Had to start course over a couple times. But all you can do is keep trying keep absorbing the information..

Fantastic course This course so far is working for me where many other options haven’t.It’s like a jigsaw with all the pieces falling into place. Makes perfect sense what Craig says. It’s honest and thought provoking.I have to take action now to save my life as I have cancer and alcohol is a massive factor in reducing the risk of reoccurrence. I really feel I have found success with this course.

I had been following Craig Beck on… I had been following Craig Beck on YouTube for quite awhile as I began separating myself from alcohol. His book "Alcohol Lied to me" is excellent and his Stop Drinking Course, which I finally did purchase and got most of the way thru is quite inspirational as well. I am a non-drinker and have been for several years now. I really attribute Craigs logical way of thinking and approaching this issue as it fits so well to my health conscious way of living. I have no problem whatsoever operating in the "drinking world" of my family and friends or social occasions. Craigs book and course covers all of the angles. I do miss his weekly live community broadcasts, but I'm OK and feel confident in myself and the better way I feel. Thank you Craig~!
