GBI loved how simple sign up was I loved how simple sign up was, the free trial let me get started immediately. For the topics where information was readily available there were some great questions and content prompts. I serve a very niche market with limited data so when I got too specific the content was lacking but I sent the feedback to the team and they were quick to take the feedback and to try to find a way to solve the issue. When I screwed up my account, they were polite looking into it, it was clearly a screw up on my end, they were still polite and helped me get it corrected right away. 5 stars for innovation, 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for willingness to take feedback and serve the customer!

GBShocking customer service I took out the trial, to realise it’s not what I need for my company. They took the money out of my account midday on the last day of the trial. I have tried contacting them 4 times to via their contact us form, to hear nothing back. Customer service is awful. For a new start up I’d expect CX to be top of their priority list.
