No one answers the phone No one answers the phone. I have a Tillful card and card is not being reported to the credit burues which is the only reason why I go this card and is the main purpose of this company.

I have been extremely pleased with… I have been extremely pleased with Tillful since I discovered the card and signed up. Being a small business owner, it's hard to get credit as well as credit cards that work for me and report to any of the small business credit bureaus. I am also very pleased with the customer service that I am receiving. Especially from Janrich. Janrich answers my questions in a very timely manner and even follows up with me down the road to see if I need anything else. It makes me feel like they really care.

Couldn't close account or get back funds, until I contacted Nav As mentioned by others, support no longer answers emails or phone calls, and they won't close my Tillful Card account. Even if they did, according to many others on here, I'd be unlikely to get back my deposit, which is a violation of their terms. I've reported them to the CFPB and FDIC and I encourage others to do the same. Tillful has been downhill since they allowed Nav to acquire them. Update: After contacting Nav via email, X (@Navsmb), and finally phone, I was able to get my account closed and my funds returned to me. Now the only problem is I can no longer access my statements to do my taxes lol

Great Card for Building Business credit The tillful card works very well. I was able to fund it quickly. I appreciate that the card reports to D&B although I haven't seen any reporting yet. The portal is simple to use and I highly recommend anyone get the tillful card in order to separate business expenses from personal.

Eanna is Great!! The process was very smooth and easy. Eanna was awesome, she also included helpful ideas and suggestions. The whole process was enjoyable because I could tell she actually cared and remembered me and my company. I’m glad she reached out because it couldn’t have been better timing.
