What World Class Customer service actually looks like today. I am sending this review of my Customer Support call I had earlier today with Tod Tangonan. Tod was very professional and knowledgeable. To be more specific he was able to walk me through resolving my issue step by step. Not only did he explain the steps, he knew what I was seeing an my computer and where I needed to check or make changes on each page. This was a huge help to me and although our call lasted about 10 minutes or longer, I was very happy that I called and Tod was the person who answered the phone. It seems like Customer Service are just words these days, but it is very encouraging to see companies like Mobisystems rely on people like Tod Tangonan as their Customer Support Specialists!!. I have only been with Mobisystems for a few months but based on my phone conversation and World Class Customer Support today I am happy that I made my decision to sign up for the Annual Subscription to Office Suite Elite and would highly recommend their product and Customer Support to all of my friends. I wholeheartedly give Tod Tangonan and Mobisystems a 5 Star rating for the Customer service I received earlier today. Sincerely, David Parton

SCAM SCAM! Stay clear of Mobi Systems. One application worked (for a moment)... all other applications fail to deliver and DO NOT WORK. Do not trust them. They will take your money and run with it.

Unstable, bug-ridden rubbish This reminds me of Microsoft Office from about 20 years ago, but even more bug-ridden. The Documents application is OK if all you want is a basic word processor, but if you want to do anything more complex (that nowadays would be regarded as a basic function) such as sharing or attaching to an email, forget it. There is no spell check or macro function. The email application is next to useless. It’s OK if you want to send the occasional message to an individual, but if you want to send an attachment to multiple recipients, forget it. Sometimes (if you’re lucky) the message will just sit in the Outbox. Sometimes (more likely) you message will simply disappear into the ether never to be seen again (except on one occasion when it finally got delivered three weeks later). I’ve not tried using the spreadsheet application - I use spreadsheets for my tax returns, so that is much too important to risk using something so unstable.
