In-ground Pool - Wow Wow! This was an amazing experience. We love our pool. Each department was easy to work with and communicated very well. I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with pooltown1.com and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Prices are alomst good but that's just about it. I've been using the site for a while now and find the service qutie prety average overall. The items usually take an age to arrivve and some are even incorrect vey often. Enquires take weeks soemtimes to get response to. Sure, it's a cheap way to buy pool supplies, but with such poor customer service it's just inconvenient.

Happy Customer Everyone was a pleasure to work with and make a hard process fairly easier. I need to make special shout out to PAT and MATT. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to work and maintain pool. They even gave me attention after hours when I had question on stuff they went over already. Not something they had to do and I truly appreciate them because being a first time in ground pool owner is pretty overwhelming!

Beautiful Pool While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone… We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "Power Resort" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.
