They offer all the info experienced oilers will advise you to look for: botanical name, origin of oil, etc., and they offer certificates of analysis and proof of testing. Their customer service is great, as well. I felt like I scored big-time when I discovered them.

Great selection of oils Great selection of oils and great prices. Quality oils. Some of these oils are my favorites even compared to more expensive EO companies (I’ve tried different brands). Favorites include: Bergamot , lemon, cedar wood Chinese, patchouli.... quick shipping no problems. I would love to see more detailed descriptions on more of the oils- but I can just look it up. Love the quality. My only criticism would be the app- downloaded it though there might be special offers in the app or something (gave that impression) and haven’t really seen any benefit to using the app over the website. I find ordering via the website easier.

What a happy surprise! I've been ordering and using essential oils for many years for use in our sauna, treatment rooms, for homemade creams, sprays, and perfumes. I used a variety of companies but this is the first time discovering and using HBNO oils. It's astonishing how wonderfully fresh and potent they are. What a great find! As a manufacturer on products based on Essential Oils… As a manufacturer on products based on Essential Oils we had these problems with the only order we had placed: * We had difficulties receiving the order on the terms expected. It was related to emails not being read by HBNO. * We had to insist and wait several weeks after the purchase in order to get the products analysis for the lots we received. We learn that most of the products we received had analysis older than a year. However we are willing to give them a new try. They seem to be growing and improving.
