Missing Link! I strongly believe that the brain body connection is essential to overall health and wellbeing. Finding this program was the missing piece on my well explored health journey. I am incredibly grateful to be learning tangible ways to work on rewiring my brain. These tools will serve me and others well for the rest of our lives! I wish everyone had access to the knowledge and tools shared in this and other neuroplasticity programs.

Highly recommend! I have been part of the program for about 4 months and I am seeing gradual progress in my symptom reduction. It takes effort and I use the techniques everyday, but breaking up the thought loops has really been helping me and the community is very supportive. It Really Works I am the first to admit to being cynical that brain re-training would be something that could positively influence my *very real* symptoms of Long Covid. I'm so glad I pushed the cynicism to one side because the changes and improvements I've experienced in such a short space of time have been exhilarating to experience. I am doing so much more than I was just two months ago. My chronic symptoms are subsiding rapidly and my ambition has returned. I love this program I love this program! The training is done in small increments so that it is easy to learn. I have enjoyed the way the information was presented, and the practical steps we were taught to handle all sorts of illnesses that stem from an overactive limbic system. Great course for a decent price!
