RUsupport did not understand non-typical problem (whois server) I'm not customer of uniregistry. One of two their 'WHOIS' servers (69.*.*.153) is down, I noticed this problem and wanted to inform them. I selected 'DNS' category of support ticket (as most related, they have no category 'whois server is down'). Support person who replied me did not understood me and just replied me with template how to purchase domain etc. I dont really need to fix their whois service, so I just gave up and didn't spend my time with them.

GBOk registrar Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite this, customer support was good and the experience generally good. They definitely seem more targeted towards people with many domains, rather than someone with just 1 or 2 domains.

SETheir slimey and unprofessional ways... Their slimey and unprofessional approach of using phrases like "made the low offer of x" and "this great domain x" makes me sick. They assured me that a domain that was registerd in 2011 and remained unused since, with close to no hits on any search engine was worth atleast $10,000. Absolute scam.

PTBEWARE - DON'T LOSE YOUR DOMAINS! Couldn't renew my expired domain and now it must be restored, but their platform gives only a blank page and cannot process any order or selection. Tried to open support ticket but it's NOT WORKING. Tried to sent several emails to their support directly and NO REPLY. Avoid this scam company by all means!
