GBEasy and Straightforward I've been looking for a good resume builder now that I'm looking for jobs again. Rezi was really easy and straightforward to use. The template is also very minimal, professional, and not too fancy, which I actually prefer. The only downside was the automatic formatting of my jobs based on starting times, which makes no sense since it's usually the jobs that are most current should be on top.

GBBad service. Don't deliver what they promisse. I suspect most 5-star reviews are fake. Reading the 1-star reviews paints a clearer picture. I paid for a premium package with a CV review, but after a month of silence, and three attempts to get their attention, I threatened to leave a bad review. Their response: “Hey there, sorry we were out of the office over a holiday in Korea. I will check on the review for you now”. The next day I received an email with the review confirmation. I logged in to check the CV review and there was nothing there!! I’m sure that they will now reply to this with some explanation as you can see on other bad reviews here… Avoid this platform, don't fall for fancy ads!!

GBWorst experience and Jacob doesn’t even… Worst experience and Jacob doesn’t even have decency to respond back to an email. I gave my information as he asked on 1/11 for resume writing which has a five day turnaround. Well it’s 1/25 and no communication so I reach out, nothing. Next day reach out, radio silence. After wasting 2 weeks of my time I request a refund which is granted but still no response explaining what happened. This is the 2nd this has happened, previously they finally delivered after 3 weeks but was obviously rushed. My fault for trusting them. Never again.

GBNot recommended! I don't think the way they work is really descent. They write "create resume for free" and then you can not download an editable version (docs) for free, they try to charge you immedietly. And not only that, you have limited downloads, so at some point if you want to edit your resume again you will have to buy a pro user. You invest a lot of time in creating resume using this platform and then it worth anything without paying and you need to start all over in another platfom in order to edit your resume.

ILNot worth it- pay $3 for one unimpressive resume I searched for a free ai resume builder. Rezi came up and stated 'get started- it's free'. I liked the option of uploading my existing resume, but there were so many mistakes in the new resume, that I had to tediously correct most sections. Then when I went to download, I needed to pay for a basic month plan of $3. Ok, no big deal. But after paying I discovered that all you get is the download of that one resume. No changes for other job applications, no cover letters- that you can have for a 'pro plan' of $29 more. A total waste of time and money for a very plain resume format.
