Simple enough to walk PC newbies through an install so that I could give them the PC help that they need. Only wish is that sound monitoring was available on Android.

Easy to use, works well, free Very easy to set up and simple to use. Works well. I use it on Windows 10 to support my dad when he has PC problems. All he has to do is accept the invite to allow me remote control. Only slight problem (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is that sometimes I can't open the app but this is solved by looking up the app in Task Manager and clicking "End Task". The app will then open as normal.
