Generally quite satisfied Overall I was quite satisfied with Pool Geek. This is the second time I've ordered from them and in both cases my order arrived, complete and in just a couple days. I do have one small annoyance with how the ordering took place - after adding an item to the shopping cart, I couldn't return directly to the products but had to have a couple intermediate clicks. Also, they didn't read my mind and remind me to buy another package of test strips. But, other than these two admittedly small issues, I was quite satisfied and plan on ordering from them again next time I need supplies for our hot tub.

You don't have to be a geek to love Pool Geek! I have been doing business with Pool Geek for several years now and have nothing but good things to say. Their prices are very good, my orders ship free and are at my doorstep within a week. If there are any questions or issues, their customer service is simply outstanding.
