My Guesswork is over, I’m impressed I came to Iamhrt.com frustrated and not sure of where is was in my optimization journey. I live in rural Mississippi with very inadequate labs and follow up. I was left on my own to guess at what I needed. I needed the support, the expert review of my labs and recommendations. The experience relieved my concerns. I received after hours help, encouragement, and a specific analysis of my current labs. The televisit was awesome—and the service was prompt. I know that I can call or reach out and any concern or issue will be addressed. I’m happy and relieved to not have to guess at where I am and what my goals are going to be with TRT. The online presence in the groups an 24/7 access to tips, facts and similar experiences from other TRT patients/clients is a big plus. I couldn’t be happier with this clinical setting. It’s an asset and a well run organization. I’m grateful for the personal interest in my well being. I FINALLY feel like I do have a great, well versed team cheering me on toward my optimization goals. Five stars from me.

Professionalism is THE word to describe IAM Professionalism is the word that comes to mind when dealing with IAM. Everyone at IAM is super NICE. They make you feel like you are their ONLY patient. Every member of their team will ask pertinent questions to MAXIMIZE your treatment. I think most patients that go to IAM do so because they are TIRED of their general doctor who is NOT listening, who is NOT asking the right questions, and whose office staff can be cold and uncaring. Such treatment does not happen at IAM. You will NOT feel like a number. You will be listened to, and you will likely, FINALLY, receive the care you have been waiting to get for MANY years from your current doctor!

IAM has come to my rescue I am 65 years old and underweight. I reached out to IAM for help in gaining weight. It has helped and is continuing to help me be stronger and more fit. I have been receiving HCG injections which have helped greatly with my sleep, appetite and stamina problems and am soon to start TRT which I'm sure will help with my libido and weight gain concerns. I am very pleased with what I have experienced this far and have and will reccomend IAM to my friends and family. It's been a lifesaver for me!
